Connecticut CT-1040 - July 15, 2020 (Including 1st & 2nd Estimated Payment)

Massachusetts Form 1 - July 15, 2020 (Including 1st Estimated Payment)

New York IT-201 - July 15, 2020 (Including 1st Estimated Payment)

Rhode Island RI-1040 - July 15, 2020

 

Business Tax Returns

Federal 1120 - July 15, 2020 (Including Estimated Payments due between April 1, 2020 and July 15, 2020) [NEW]

Connecticut (CT-1120, CT-1065/CT-1120-SI, and CT-990T) - June 15, 2020

Massachusetts (Form 355. Form 355-S) - April 15, 2020, however, late-file and late-pay penalties will be waived if paid by July 15, 2020. [NEW]

New York (CT-3) - July 15, 2020

Rhode Island (RI-1120C and RI-1065) - July 15, 2020

 

Sales/Meals/Use Tax

Connecticut - Returns due March 31 and April 30 (including quarterly returns) are now due May 31, 2020.

Massachusetts - Returns due in March, April, and May are now due June 20, 2020

New York - Return still due, but you may apply for a waiver of penalty and interest

Rhode Island - No Extensions at this time

 

Payroll Taxes (Withholding/FICA/Unemployment)

Federal - No Extensions at this time

Connecticut - No Extensions at this time

Massachusetts - No Extensions at this time

New Hampshire - No Extensions at this time

New York - No Extensions at this time

Rhode Island - No Extensions at this time
